Luzerne County Head Start will hold its 60th Anniversary Luncheon on May 19, 2025, to celebrate its longstanding commitment to enhancing the quality of life for low-income children and their families. Along with recognizing its staff for milestone years of service, the agency will award college scholarships to former Head Start students and honor its community partners.
WHAT: Head Start Anniversary Luncheon: 60 Years of Results
WHEN: Monday, May 19, noon to 2:30 p.m.
WHERE: Mohegan Pennsylvania, 1280 PA-315, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 (Salon E&F)
TICKETS: $45 for community members, $30 for LCHS Foster Grandparents and bus drivers. ALL award/scholarship recipients and LCHS staff will each receive 1 complimentary meal. Scholarship recipients may each bring 1 free guest. Additional guests will be charged $45 each.
