Apply for LCHS's Alumni Scholarship

For the 38th year, Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. will award scholarships to high school seniors who plan to continue their post-secondary education. To be eligible you must be a high school senior who previously attended a Head Start program. All applications must be completed by January 27, 2023 in order to be considered. Scholarships will be awarded in May of 2023.

2022-2023 School Calendar

Our 2022-2023 calendar has been finalized. The first day of class for children is Wed., Sept. 7th. Please note as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, certain classrooms or centers may have to *temporarily* close or switch to remote learning.
