TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience navigating various job boards, ie Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Supervisory experience and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred

Responsibilities/Duties

As a member of the Human Resource department, this position oversees the full-cycle recruiting for Luzerne County Head Start (LCHS). The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for coordination of all LCHS staff recruitment efforts to source, identify, screen, hire and on-board candidates for various roles within the agency. This position will ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind and creates and implements end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

Conditions of Employment 
LCHS requires staff to possess current, valid Background Clearances (3) per state/federal regulations. Position will require record check approval of driving record by LCHS Insurance Provider, as this position is considered a designated position requiring driving as an essential job function. Proof of Degree/Certification and Experience Required to meet the Qualifications for position.

Full Time/Full Year, 37.5 hrs/week
Exempt/Salaried position: $44,528/year
Additional pay for MS degree
For those who possess Bilingual Abilities(Eng/Spanish) – 5% additional pay

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
