NUTRITION AIDE

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Food Service Preparation in an institutional setting
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities/Duties

Prepare food for the children’s meals; become familiar with daily classroom routine and Head Start philosophy and mission. This position is responsible for the transport and delivery of meals between three (3) Head Start Centers in close proximity.

Proof of Degree/Certification and Experience Required to meet the Qualifications for position
FBI Fingerprints; PA DHS Registration; Service Code 1KG756
Pennyslvania State Police Criminal Record Check
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
Successful completion of Post Offer/Pre-Employment Physical Examination which includes a Tuberculosis screening 
Current/Valid Driver’s license, with Driving Record Check via agency insurance review

Location, Hours & Salary
NANTICOKE CENTER with travel between Nanticoke Center and LCCC Center
Part Time, 20 hrs/wk, 4hrs/day
Salary/Hourly: $10.00
