IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Qualifications

  • AA Degree in Computer Science or computer related field
  • Two (2) years’ experience with computers, Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and data entry, plus knowledge of Backup Procedures, hardware/software setup and prior training experience
  • Supervisory Experience

Responsibilities/Duties

Responsible for assisting with maintaining all computer related systems, operations, maintenance and set up. Work in team setting with IT Department staff to focus on HelpDesk oversight, management of agency child tracking system (ChildPlus), G-Suite management, technical support/remote access, internet and staff onboarding processes for computer set-up.

Requirements that must be satisfied prior to hire:
Proof of Degree/Certification and Experience Required to meet the Qualifications for position
FBI Fingerprints – PA DHS Registration, Service Code 1KG756
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
Successful completion of Pre-Employment Physical Examination which includes a Tuberculosis screening
Position will require record check approval of driving record by LCHS Insurance Provider, as this position is considered a designated position requiring driving as an essential job function

Location, Hours & Salary:
Full Time/Full Year position, 12-months; 37.5 hrs/wk
Non-Exempt/Hourly position
Base Hourly Rate: $19.61
*5% Bilingual Adjustment (additional pay) for fluency in dual language abilities – English/Spanish
*Pay adjustment/Educational Adjustment for advanced degree/BS
